LABOUR GROUP
provides the following services:

• Registration as employer with SARS (PAYE) if unregistered.

• Provision of a complete monthly EMP 201.

• E-Filing transfers to SARS. Full SARS reconciliation . 

• Ensure your registration as employer at the Department of Labour.

• UIF registration of new employees at the Department of Labour.

• Deregister from the Dept. of Labour employees retrenched , fired or resigned. 

• Monthly provision of bound daily-attendance registers for the signing in and out of employees.

• Installation of Clock-machines
 

• Upload workers onto the payroll system.

• Maintenance of employees' personal information e.g. addresses etc.

• Monthly salary information e.g. "Earnings" as salary, overtime etc.

• “Deductions” such as loans, salary-attachment orders etc.

• PAYE and UIF correct statutory deductions.

• Post and retain records of leave, sick leave and compassionate leave.

• Print of payslips on “Confidential Payslips”.

• Provision of payslip-copies and summaries.

• Summarisation of amounts needing payment.

• Summarisation of all earnings and deductions.

• Recording of all employee leave.

• Salary transfer per the employer preference.

• Salary transfers are electronically initiated using “Business Online”.

• All employee Bank-accounts are credited the day after salary-transfers (any bank). 

• Assist the employer to register at Bargaining Council.

• Employee registration at the Bargaining Council.

• Correct deductions for the Bargaining Council.

• If preferred, Bargaining Council payments can be made.

• Advise the employer in respect of minimum wages. 

• Advise employer at investigations by the Department of Labour.

• Ensure that everything is in place at Department of Labour investigations.

• If preferred, PPS will be present during investigations. 

• Complete ‘Return of Earnings’ WAS 8 - Compensation Commissioner.

• Submit above to Compensation Commissioner. 

• Does your payroll exceed R500 000-00 per year?

• Determine at which SETA you are registered as an employer.

• Help with the reclaiming of SDL fees.

• Ensure 50% of the fees paid are reclaimed.
